Cloudflare WARP is the best free VPN available, period. It runs on Cloudflare's massive global network so speeds are excellent — you barely notice it's on. No data caps, no speed throttling, no ads.
The free version routes your traffic through the nearest Cloudflare server but doesn't let you pick a specific country. For basic privacy and security, that's fine. For accessing geo-restricted content, you'll need something else.
WARP+ at $5/month gives you priority routing and slightly better speeds, but the free version is already good enough for daily use. I keep it running on all my devices as a baseline layer of protection.
